I wrecked this past September on my birthday and it was on major’s road. And where I live at is literally a minute where I wrecked at. They were going to charge me like $350 just to get my car towed a minute down the road not even. While I was trying to process what happened with me they never fully explained anything to me. I signed this paper the guy never explained it to me and pretty much signed my title over to them and I didn’t know. They will take you for their money

My 75 year old mother was charged almost triple what she shouldve been charged. I understand that you can charge whatever rate you choose for labor...... but the parts had an upcharge of over 90%!!!! her car broke down and needed towed, so this piece of dirt decided to take advantage of her. Fyi, this is not only my opinion, we took her car to 2 other mechanics (with the bill from shaners) and both mechanics agreed that the work was done but the charge was outrageous!!!! BEWARE!!!! unless you have money to burn, do not use this garage !!!! If I could've given negative stars, I certainly would've.
