These guys were the absolute best. Everyone was super kind. They totally eliminated the stress and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Great experience! Hit a deer and was referred to them by my insurance company. They took all the necessary photos and uploaded them to the claims adjuster. Car was there less than a week. They even washed and vacuumed out my car.

I had a terrible experience from a local body shop. Several friends recommended Shankles and Gray. I went by and spoke with them. Chris seemed like a really nice guy and gave me a fair price. He did a fantastic job on matching paint and finished product. We later realized we had a broken door handle from the claim at the previous shop. Chris called me several times and got the handle replaced. Excellent customer service and excellent work. Highly recommend!!!

Not only was every employee I dealt with the friendliest but they fixed my vehicle faster than they thought and started it 2 weeks before they originally estimated being able to start. My car looks like it rolled off the showroom floor, it drives perfectly and all the electronic safety systems work properly as well. I hit a deer and as they started taking off the damaged parts they kept finding more damage. They were very honest and professional and were still able to get it done and on time. I can't imagine using anyone else. You would never know my car was damaged.

Somebody hit me in the rear of my aluminum Ford F-150I took it to the Ford dealership and they said to take it to shingles and gray,because they were flawless. I took there advise and went there, The damage was 6800 dollars. I met with Chris he told me not to worry they would take care of it. It took about a week, It was a two tone paint job. They called and said it was ready and guess what! MY TRUCK WAS FLAWLESS!!!!! LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED ! THANKYOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS ARE TRULEY AWESOME. LARRY HUGHES
