I went there because I saw they had a full 5-star rating for windshield repair. Unfortunately, after I left, I noticed a few very small cracks still remained. I called and spoke with Jennifer and Shorty — they were both great. They assured me that if any issues come up related to those tiny cracks, I can come back and they'll take care of it. I recommend this place to everyone!

Shannon Autoglass was top notch! They were able to get me scheduled & provide a quote super easy. When I went in person to have my windshield replaced their waiting area was very comfortable with Wifi and complementary snacks and beverages. The employees were extremely personable and caring. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I have the misfortune of another windshield crack.
