I was able to find a good truck that I've been looking for at Shannon Auto. I am from North Carolina and spoke with Mac Ingram from the start, he is easy to talk to and work with. The buying process was easy. I let Mac know I was coming up from NC to see the truck and he had it pulled to the front. I had been pre-approved for financing with my credit union, they were able to get a better rate - saved me half of a percent.

We purchased a Chevy Silverado from Shannon's back in Spring 2024. The salesman Jay was very nice to work with. The were great about the test drive, allowed us time to get a pre-purchase exam done by our mechanic. Communicated clearly and respectful while discussing price. Once the deal was done, the paperwork and truck were ready in under an hour. Great sales process. Highly recommend!!

Dwayne at Shannon Auto was amazing! I came in looking to buy a used car and he was very helpful. My family has bought many cars from them over the years and they’ve always taken great care of us. The process was smooth and easy and he helped walked me through everything needed to complete the car buying process. Was very welcoming and kind. I went to Shannon Auto Sales to check out a Mustang. I thought it would be the typical experience, but when I walked into their office I met Mac. He was very nice and pleasant. He grabbed the car keys and let me check out the exterior and interior of the car. I then examined the trunk and under the hood. I brought my clubs, and yes they fit perfectly. Mac set me up with a test drive, and after we ran some numbers. Max got busy on his laptop, and like magic he was within my budget. I'm happy to say that thanks up Mac, and the rest of the Shannon's team there is a Mustang in my driveway. Thank you for making my day.
