Shan’s Towing

Terrible company , got this company through my car insurance . Called this company to confirm tire change he insisted that I share location so he would know my precise location , I shared location. 3 hours later called to contact him for ETA no answer, he unshared my location and completely stopped answering my calls even tried calling from my mothers phone he sent her to voicemail .

My insurance called them for a flat tire and they accepted the job (towing us to a tire shop) and gave us an ETA of 90 mins. 90 mins went by and they did not show up, I called and they tell me to wait. 120 mins went by and I tried calling several times to no answer. Eventually my insurance is able to get in contact with them and they said the provider “couldn’t complete the service” so they’d be getting someone else. After 2 hours they don’t even have the decency of at least get in contact with us and let us know they won’t be coming? The next provider called us immediately to let us know their ETA and talked to us about our needs. Learn, and do better.
