LESS THAN 0 STARS These people are scammers, the company phone is answered by a local individual who then routes you through some call center in India who schedules your tow and charges an agreed upon price with a " $60 cancellation fee" warning. A fee is understandable, a tow truck that has already driven to come get you and gets a last minute cancelation deserves at least SOME compensation. $60 is quite steep, however, that's not even the real issue. These people called us like an hour later to tell us the tow truck they were sending broke down and they have to send another one that is about 14 minutes away, ok cool. EXCEPT they are now saying it's going to be an additional $50 because they are coming from further away. The company had already withdrawn the money from the original order
