It's a truly wonderful place. Food is amazing, and they even have a hairstylist. If your looking for a great haircut. There's activities the residents do through out the day like choir, cardio, puzzles, even a book club. It's a really awesome place to be.

5 stars for your employee, Heather, who has been nothing short of kind, caring, attentive, and helpful while communicating with me and my (sick) senior father’s ex-wife, and checking in on him periodically, providing him with a new emergency pendant, and giving us external resources should he need further assistance. She is a sweetheart. Housekeeping staff is amazing as well. Ashley does a great job and takes a load off of me when I go to visit him, and makes cleanliness one less thing for me to worry about. So grateful to these employees.

Sara consistently provides such excellent service in this living centers restaurant style dining area she not only takes care of her own duties, but she also takes responsibility for supporting and guiding the other two servers she works with. Sara always is very welcoming to every guest and resident it's a pleasure to visit. She ensues that the dining room is exceptionally clean she goes above and beyond in assisting in the kitchen wherever needed showing teamwork and dedication. Most of all she is very respectful and has a very friendly attitude which creates a positive atmosphere not only for us as visitors but for the residents. Thank you for taking such pride in your work Sara and for genuinely caring about others.

This place is amazing! They treat their residents like family. Their food is great and so is their service. I can't recommend it enough. Five stars all day long!

Outstanding dining experiences at Shasta Estates, thanks to Sara Parker, the lead server. From the moment you sit down, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. She is attentive without ever being intrusive, genuinely friendly, and clearly cares that everyone in the room has a great time. What really stood out was the way she treats each guest, with respect, warmth, and real attention to detail. She makes sure meals are just right, checks in at the right moments, and carries herself with a level of professionalism that makes the whole experience feel special. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort in what they do. Sara Parker sets a standard for service that makes dining at Shasta Estates something to look forward to.
