Needed a particular bolt I could get online but didn’t want to wait 5 days for shipping, they had one in one of the guys personal stash’s, they gave it too me no charge…yeah it’s just a bolt but they didn’t have to do that and saved me on waiting for shipping and that shows a lot about their customer service
I'm glad they got a gift shop. I'm going to have to go in there and get a couple of t-shirts
