Took me a while to post this but a few years ago a check engine light came on. Scanner said something about the cam sensor. Local dealer said $3,700 repair is needed. Shawn said I should just make sure it isn't low on oil and clear the fault. I took his free advice and the fault code (check engine) never returned. Car still runs fine, a few years later. I just wish he had better parking. I'll still go back, though.

Shawn has always been fair and upfront with us about costs and completion time. Been going to him for two decades now. I've never had to bring my car back because he didn't get it right the first time. Really one of Red Bank's hidden treasures.

Very professional without the corporate jargon attached. He does not try to up-sell parts or service you don't need and only does what is necessary. He can also do most work that dealers say they have to do. He did a water pump on my chevy equinox for almost half the price, and didn't try to sell me brakes that I know I didn't need. Highly recommend!!
