Volvo&Mack in this shop is grate … they are professional and helpful… I got Volvo and I had a problem with DEF flow, I had to do at least 3 regen, but did not bring the soot down, so I did the service here and they did started the work from bottom up. They drained the tank clean it change the DEF filters and . I was good to go ! Thank you guy forme Shealy truck center

I’ve spent over $10,000 at Shealy Truck Center, but after this last experience, I’m completely done with them. The service was horrible. They gave me the wrong part for my truck, and when I told the manager it wasn’t the right one, he insisted it was,even though I know my own truck and my own part. They even took my original part out and replaced it with a bad one! Not only was the manager rude and unprofessional with me, but a buddy of mine was also there. The manager was going back and forth arguing with him too. How is someone like that even in a management position? On top of all that, they tried to charge me an extra $320 on top of the $1,300 I already paid. It felt like they were just trying to rip me off. After all the money I’ve spent with them, I was shocked by how I was treated

I personally had a great experience at Shealy Truck Center! The service team and technical were great and always kept me informed on the status of my truck. They took me as a walk-in and assisted me right away. I will definitely come back in the future to have my truck worked on. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS WORKSHOP, THEY ARE NOT HONEST. I don't recommend it to anyone! I had a problem with my truck's D.E.F. Send my truck on Friday, I asked what the quote would be. They told me that they sent a quote and after approval of the amount via hemail, the service would begin. They sent me a quote of 9,700 dollars to fix the D.E.F on my truck. He was not approved to do the work and the store charged me $1,700 for oil and filter changes that were not done with my approval. I feel injured by this company. They did the oil change work and didn't consult me. DO NOT USE THE WORK OF THIS WORKSHOP AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST. I'm going to look for the manufacturer Isuzu and make a complaint about this parts dealer.
