Sheehan's collision is very professional, responsive and responsible. Their work is admirable. More importantly, though they work with the insurance company, they do not lose sight of the fact that they work for the customer. And that is how it should always be. Any delay with the completion was due to the stalling and prevarication by the insurance company and Teresa was instrumental in helping me expose that resulting in the insurance company paying for repairs and damages caused by their contracted towing company. Areas of the vehicle where things were not involved in the collision, but were tampered with happened while in the hands of the towing company or outside Contractors that handled aftermarket attachments.
