I took my car in for it's scheduled oil change and tire rotation. On my way back to DC, I noticed a flapping sound from the tire on the drivers' front side. My car was also shaking as I drove. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager Holly. She was wonderful! She listen to my issue, sent a tow truck to pick my car up from DC and took care of it. Holly showed me that at Sheehy Lincoln Mercury of Gaithersburg customer satisfaction is important. I appreciate Holly's quick action, professionalism and friendliness. Because of Holly, I look forward to my next service appointment. Thanks again, Holly!

I had a flat tire and used their roadside assistance. 1. They charged me $166 for Roadside Assistance. A ripped off! 2. It took them five (5) days to fix a single tire! My car was towed on Thursday afternoon. I got it back Monday afternoon. 3. So difficult to get hold of any service representatives. Don't use this service center! Unfortunately, there's NO zero (0) star rating that they deserved!

I had a great experience visiting the dealer. Meet a sales rep that was pleasant and professional. Why am I giving the dealership a bad review? Mark ups. I expected to pay MSRP, I was expecting a small mark up. But they charged $10k more for a $27k car. That's a 37% mark up just because they can. Sorry, that's wrong. I gave 2 stars for the team at the dealership. I hope they do well in these challenging times.

Left my Mustang for inspection, it took 2 days to find that steering rack need to be replaced, getting the estimate for repairs also took some time. When came to take my car, found broken antenna on my passenger seat, when asked why, got a reply that it was after washing!
