Sheehy Nissan of Manassas Service & Parts Department

I use Sheehy for my Nissan and Koons for my Honda. After confirming with the staff at Koons, I will take my Nissan there. My Nissan didn't pass inspection because the headlight was too cloudy. Okay, but they wanted to charge me $1099.99 for the headlight assembly and that did not include taxes, additional parts, and labor. $1099.99!!! First, my car is 13 years old and valued between 4-5K...so I would be paying between 20-25% of the value of my car. I get it that all shops mark prices up. And yes, I will pay the price for critical maintenance items that require the trained specialists that car dealers have. But this is ludicrous. Very Poor Customer Service I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over two hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if the wait time is this long? When I asked one of the service technicians for an update, they responded rudely and told me to "go ask the other guy." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Bought a car at this dealership. The salesperson was very well informed and provided all the answers to our questions. The dealership kept all their promises and fixed and made all the upgrades and required repairs agreed during the sale. I am very happy with my car purchase, and l recommend this dealership for any future car search and buying. Their service department need some improvement. First visit getting an oil change after the car purchase, their reps at the counter need to improve their customer service skills. I'm not happy at all.
