The ppl are ridiculous they can't even get their visual estimate right or the work they perform. We go back and forth. The owner Tom said he would call me today no call just tell u what u want to hear.work took twice as long and the quality of work is garbage. My car makes more noises now than it ever had. I took that picture the next day. It was dark when I got it. They out right lied to me and said that I had them take that cosmetic stuff out to save money. Looks like they forgot it from the beginning. But trying to blame it on me for their negligence. They didn't even do my alignment and told me I can take it to tire discounters after they are had it for a month????? Tom lied to me on the phone yesterday twice about calling me today and the estimate.

I had my bumper repaired at Shelburne’s Body Shop, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and affordable. Tom was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with — he made the whole process stress-free. The price was more than fair, the work was done super fast, and the bumper looks fantastic. You’d never know it needed repair. It’s hard to find a body shop that combines great customer service, quality work, and quick turnaround, but this place nailed all three. I highly recommend Shelburne’s Body Shop and will definitely be back if I ever need body work again!

Before and after photos speak for themselves, looks like it never happened. Awesome friendly people and only about a week turnaround time even during the holidays. Would absolutely recommend, A+++ service!
