I've used Shelby auto care for all of my auto concerns for the last 4 years not only are they friendly but their prices are reasonable and their time frames are always consistent. John is a really nice guy I specifically go to them even though I don't live in the area because of the overall quality and customer service. 10 out of 10

Brought my car in for repair. At first I thought wow fast easy only $400, perfect I can go on with my life. But my check engine light came back on, I went to shelby auto 2 more times. In total of $800. My check engine light kept coming on. So I took it to another mechanic. They have diagnosed the true problem. And now I have to dish out another $2300. I’m really disappointed, I was really hoping for some honesty. I just wished people were more honest, I’m a single mom with 2 kids if someone isn’t capable of fixing my car why keep taking money from people that absolutely need it.

Very pleased as usual with the work that John and his crew did on my vehicle. Work was completed in a timely fashion and had a great price. Highly recommended. No regrets.

Anytime that you were going on a road trip stopping here first they look over your vehicle and let you know if there’s anything that you need to worry about for your trip! Think about Shelby Auto Care as your dealership alternative! I’ve taken my last three vehicles to John and would recommend them to anyone lastly, the price is very affordable! So affordable that I am even able to tip my mechanic with the money that I have left over that other shops might have charged.

I've used Shelby Auto Care a couple times now for some urgent repairs. They did a great job and I was very satisfied with their pricing and their work. I definitely recommend and I will continue to use them in the future.
