After taking my car back to General Automotive Ensley (Dwayne Gray ) and then keeping it over two weeks and also shipping it to their other shop Shelby Auto Service Alabaster (Dwayne Gray) . When I called the get an update the response was no problem with my car. I’m highly disappointed, frustrated, upset, and angry because now they have had my mom’s car over a month. She is a dialysis patient and she goes to dialysis three times a week. I made a complaint on Google because of the customer service I received . Dwayne Gray response was that the complaint is hurting his family. He was not concerned about my mother‘s car or life. Dwayne Gray on several occasions tried to bully me too take the complaint down off Google and made it seem as if I didn’t he was not fix my mom’s car . He made me

My cousin referred me to them because my car dealership and local mechanics were booked up for 2-3 months. Although Shelby Auto Service was just as busy, Dewayne and his team made time to work my vehicle in for a much needed diagnostic test, oil change, and repair. I utilized the drop box option and dropped off my car on a Sunday evening when it was convenient for me. The service was top notch. The building is very clean and easy to find. They even allowed me to postponed my pickup due to family death and my varying work schedule. My suggestion to others near and far, is to try them out and make them your go to for your vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thanks Guys!!!!!!

Took our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz to Shelby Auto with 152k miles. As usual had outstanding service. New spark plugs, new brakes, oil and filter change. Professional mechanics that are a joy to work with.

Got me in the same day and fixed it same day. Price was fair. The work was completed with no issues. Its hard to find a place you can trust but so far so good.
