I couldn’t wait to write this review!! Shelby Collision handled this whole experience beautifully! I’ve hit several deer and destroyed a few cars in doing so. Never has the repair process been so easy and stress free. After I started the claims process with my insurance company all I had to do was drop the car off at the shop and pick it back up a little over two weeks later! My only concern was the difference in what the insurance company said they would pay to fix my car and the estimate for the actual cost to do the repairs and that had me a little anxious. Brooks told me not to worry about that, he would take care of it, and I didn’t think about it again. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. When I went in the shop I was unsure of what to expect with my vehicle due to the damage, but when Mr. Brooks told me I am going to take care of you I believed him. My vehicle looks amazing! I couldn't even tell that it had been in an accident. I am greatful and thankful for Mr. Brooks and his staff. I would recommend Shelby Collision you will not be disappointed.
