I didn't have an appointment... But they listened to my plight, Took the time to assess the problem, And fixed it immediately! And didn't charge me a dime! I so appreciate everything - What wonder people they are! Shelden's is my new go-to in Erin!

We are from Erin and have had trouble finding 16 in tires. At this point we are using our dummy tire. Took a chance and stopped here. Great decision! Not only did they have 2 we needed badly but he GAVE them to us! 5 stars for you. Happy Easter.

Terrible experince... Ive been to him multiple times and left unhappy. The first time i went to him for an alignment and left with it worse than when it got there. I ended up bringing it back to him 3 times within the hr, him telling me each time its ok for it to pull hard to the left until he finally got it right. This time my condenser has gone out so i call him 3 days before i go on a trip to make the appointment and verify it can be done in the time frame. He guarentees me he can and tells me to bring it the day before i leave and he'll have it done in a couple hrs. I bring it to him when he opened that morning and he informs me that the part has not arrived but it will be done that day and i should still leave the car so they can begin tear down. He calls me an hr before closing to in

Went to get our 78 VW bus to get some repairs for a long journey drive. 400 miles into our ride our rear axel fell off. Come to find out... an axel for a bug NOT a 78 transporter axel was put on our bus. Called to tell him what happened and all was said was “well that was fast”. Not telling us he put the COMPLETELY WRONG part was put onto our vehicle. Paid over 6000 in cash for what???? To have our car rigged up. Thankfully met people in Knoxville who were honest.
