The property itself is just fine, I don't get Shell gas because it's usally expensive for me but I have been inside the convenience store and that was just fine. The car wash on the other hand, is EXTREMELY expensive and is not very well kept. I mean, $16 for the top wash is insane for the condition that this machine and bay in, my last experience in it was average but the price makes it a deal breaker for me. Maybe it's worth getting a lower wash package but definitely not $16. I will say that the gas discount is a cool idea. 2 stars with all aspects being considered. Such a low score because of the wash prices, absolutely insane even if you blame it on inflation. You can find an express car wash for $16 and you get way more value for your dollar.

Went to Shell specifically for a car wash on my way to work. Paid $13.99 for a deluxe wash, didn't get what I paid for. The under car wash sprayer didn't work, I didn't get the advertised triple foam soap during the wash. I'm assuming I didn't get the clear coat protectant as advertised / paid for if the soap is obviously out. Paying for a deluxe wash & getting only recycled water sprayed on your car & having dirty brushes rubbing on your car isn't what I paid for. Never going again.

Don’t ever go here. Carwash will damage your car even with no modifications to the car and mirrors folded in. When I tried to get a manager or number for the companies insurance or ANY relevant info the employee pulled a bat on me and had to call the cops to get the information he refused to provide

SCAM ALERT! There's a Chevron station across the street, with $6.59 a gal for cash or $6.69 for credit/debit. This Shell SEEMS to offer ALMOST the same $6.59 a gal IF YOU PURCHASE A CAR WASH! or $6.79 WITHOUT a car wash? WHAT!? I don't want a car wash but your marquis MISLEADINGLY LOOKS like that's the offered discount. It's NOT for cash users! It's for those paying for a car wash! SCAM ALERT! Bye Felicia! Chevron hello! Customer Service is Top-notch! I needed to buy five $25.00 gas cards. The surrounding gas stations would only accept cash, and not my Company credit card. This shell station listened to my need and helped. Our family owns Home Instead in Redlands and we offer free trainings in home care, such as Alzheimer's care, end of life care, communication, body mechanics, for families who can't afford services. We also give away a $25.00 gas card for attending. I was running late and couldn't make it to the station I normally buy from and figured I can get them at a local station by Wildwood Canyon Assisted Living where the trainings are held. I was wrong. Please support this station and receive the service you deserve!
