Shell Car Wash

I went to wash my car 5th time in 3 months. they still have not fixed the dryer. Passenger side won't dry. The air vent is installed upside down 😭. I reported it to the cashier once he laughed, ignored me and gave me another carwash. Seems like nobody cares.

I will be suing this car wash, I took my brand new truck with less than 200 miles on it through the carwash and it scratched the entire paint job from top to bottom. Do not go here

They spoiled my car. After the wash there appeared scratches along on the car hood and car roof obviously because of their brush. I wasted my time discussing this problem with shell store workers and then came back to talk to a manager, filled in the report he gave to me. And nothing happened after that. They didn't bother to answer to me. I JUST double WASTED my time trying to figure out who is responsible for the damage but they even didn't make a slight effort to solve this issue. So what I have: Spoiled car with a lot of scratches. The worst customer service And a lot of wasted time for nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would cause 1 goes for something good at least but here I don't see anything good
