The stall in the women's restroom does not close. I had to hold the door closed with my foot, and squeeze between the door and the toilet to even get in, and I'm fairly skinny. The gaps between the walls and door were massive too.

I was turned away from purchasing gas by the assistant manager Brenda today She was very rude and did not put forth an effort to help me. I was turned away because I had $100 bill and I was trying to purchase a small amount of gas. Brenda does not know my financial struggle nor my situation to turn me in a car full of kids away in 35° weather there is a 200 pound change machine located in the back of her that I let her know could make change if she was to need change for other people and she then told me that it was on a timer and she could not do anything for me. I had been riding on the red line and had just enough gas with my kids to make it to shells to then be turned away disrespectfully with no effort put forth into helping me or my children. I’ve stopped at this Shell a few times, and the cashier’s attitude is consistently rude and obnoxious toward customers. It’s honestly disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t understand how a corporation like this allows someone with such a negative attitude to represent their brand. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area that actually value their customers—do yourself a favor and avoid giving this place your business. Hopefully management takes this seriously and makes some changes.

A nice clean station, but I started pumping gas at 9:59 and got $0.03 of gas in before the pump shut off. Apparently this gas station isn’t open 24 hours like google says, and instead closes at 10:00 PM. They wouldn’t even discuss replacing any lost fuel rewards on my account. At 10:15 they shut all the lights off as more tried to get fuel.
