I came to Shell Lake Auto Body after a hit & run incident involving my car. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the owner and the auto body technician were extremely kind and skilled at their work. Shell Lake Auto Body dealt with the insurance company and had a rental car waiting on site for my arrival. My car was repaired and looking as good as new in a little over a week! Did I mention they have an adorable shop dog named Stinky, that's a plus too right? Thank you for your great communication and service!

Wow! We took my daughter's 2012 Mini Cooper for front bumper work and it turned out beautifully. They were able to perfectly paint match the color. Cindy kept us informed throughout the whole process and because we felt so comfortable with them, we also had the rear spoiler repainted and the racing stripes replaced. I highly recommend! Excellent communication and superb service.
