I tried to use a SHELL gift card and the cashier SILVIA was VERY rude. She said they don’t take it. I told her I called Shell corporate and said if you load up the card on the app then you’d be able to use it. She said ok well try and threw me the keypad. It was a QR code that SHE needed to scan and said “we don’t take it” and pulled the lever back where my phone and hand were still at. She was rude and needs to be fired. Horrible as service from her.

The cashier was extremely rude. I asked him what my total was with car wash and he gave me attitude. I will never come to this location again. This gas station has a car wash and is conveniently close to my home, but I rather spend my money elsewhere with no attitude attached.

I been going there since I was a little kid and I never experience bad customer service there or any other places until last night but It been going on since that old lady been working the night shift..I ask her I needed something and she was cleaning the parking lot and said what did I want..Well if she would be inside I would tell her what I want but she's outside sweeping.She still ignored me for some reason I don't know..I told her every time i come she does this to me she said she didn't care and to tell her boss..Then she help a lady and refuse to give me service so I took the broom mob and dust pan.I have it in my car.I took it to show her that us customers is more important than cleaning at the time..I told her that we as customer pay for her check and she didn't care.Something nee

They manager that works the cashiers took my money from my gift card. i had a gift card and i had 80 dollars i told him to put 50 dollars and he did give put 50 dollars but then i tried to pump gas today and they declined because there wasnt no ballance i called customer service and they told me that someone took those 30 dollars and put them in a other card and then they put that i made the purchase in 05/09/2018 it’s barley 01/01/2018

Great corner gas station aswell and also the guys that are on the corner cleaning windows and hustling great Hella job keep it up made my window came back alive
