Shell Rapid Lube

I am writing to share the kindness I received today at Shell Rapid Lube. . I was traveling back from visiting daughter in Clemson, when my vehicle suddenly shut off. I managed to coast into the parking lot of Shell Rapid lube. A helpful technician tested my battery which gave me the insight as to what was going on with my vehicle. He made me feel at ease that my car would be OK and no trouble parked where it was until the tow truck arrived. After picking up a rental and returning for my belongings, I was once again greeted and had my spirits lifted by a very friendly gentleman. I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness, consideration and generosity during a very stressful event!

The place has changed management... again. And not for the better. I paid not just for an oil and filter change, but to have everything checked and topped off as I was leaving on a trip the next day. I noticed that the invoice showed "Vacuum: Refused by customer". Yeah, no that conversation never happened. I question if the filter was checked or replaced. I did not see them check the tires. The following day I had an engine heating issues as the coolant levels were low. Not a little low, but LOW. So the "topping off" did not happen. The next four days of driving the coolant was fine so apparently checking and topping off the coolant was like vacuuming. It just did not happen. Mistakes happen. Lying is not a mistake but rather a character flaw. This company won't get another chance

Took my vehicle here and they put the wrong filter on causing my check engine light to come on. The dodge dealership even told them the messed up my vehicle and I’ve yet to receive a refund yet . The manager said he he get the owner to contact me and still no word yet. I have statements from over 20 stating they this place is terrible when it comes to servicing vehicles. They put a 6 year old filter on my vehicle

Staff very friendly, explained their services and very reasonable prices definitely will be going back for my future oil changes...

We’ve been going here after having negative experiences at other quicklube places. Honest group of guys, quick service and they go above and beyond.
