Shell Rapid Lube

They were so sweet! They let me stay in my car, which was comfortable for me. I got an oil change on my Infiniti qx80. It was quick and professionally done. Very nice gentlemen. They even found my Motorola razor that I have been looking for under my seat! Bonus! 😂

Service was good, with somewhat reasonable pricing. The wait time was short and the service was completed in good time. One star rating is due to the fact that once I left the shop and got on the interstate my hood popped open because they didn't close it once the oil change was completed. Luckily I was not yet at the speed limit and was able to pull over quickly, before damage was done.

I was on my way to a different shop when I passed by shell rapid lubes and saw an empty bay, so I decided to turn around. I arrived at 5:10 and they were done by 5:22. All I was expecting was a oil change but they went above and beyond! Checked tire pressure, topped off anti-freeze, added transmission fluid, topped off windshield fluid, informed me im low on brake fluid. Very affordable price! I will be coming back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Works quickly to get the oil changed, check the fluids, air the tires, etc... Owner and all employees are nice and polite. Roderic is a great employee. Thanks!
