Shell Rapid Lube

I live too far away to use Don for auto repairs. I had to have my car towed last night and briefly considered towing it from Allen to Denton. Don has been honest and straight with me and the people I have referred there. He is a gem and I have yet to find another shop like his. Now I feel like I have to follow YT videos and try things myself. Honest Don for president!

I have been taking all of my family’s cars to Don’s shop for years. Not only do they do oil changes and inspections, but they also diagnose and do all sorts of minor and major repairs on vehicles and they charge well under the price of the dealerships. They do a multipoint inspection during each oil change to look for issues that might be unsafe or prepare you for maintenance or that might be needed at that time or in the future. One time he found that my son’s car actually had no tread on the inside of the tire (something we couldn’t see) and thanks to him we were able to get the tire replaced and likely saved him from having a blowout on the road. Always so helpful and a comfortable environment. Friendly staff. They very patiently explained the issue with my vehicle and quoted a fair price. I will always get my oil changes done there as they are fast and decently priced. Thanks, guys!

I'm recently widowed and had been told by a mechanic I needed a lot of work and that my car was unsafe to drive. I was overwhelmed over the cost of the repairs. I needed my car inspected and drove to Shell Rapid Lube. While I was there I asked about the repairs. The men at Shell Rapid Lube told me the truth about my car. Some repairs were needed some were not. My car was not unsafe to drive. Thank you for your honesty. I will continue to use Shell Rapid Lube. K. McLaren
