Car wash: After multiple notifications, the washing is still not done properly. Each time, we end up redoing the wash, resulting in zero customer satisfaction. This is a review after excusing may times..

Was in yesterday (10-May-2025) and was told the hand wax would be 1:20 to 1:30. Two hours later they were done. Clearly, the back area of my Honda Pilot wasn’t washed or waxed properly, as it was flat in comparison to waxed areas of the vehicle, and the dirt streaks remaining on the paint - even smudges - in the tailgate area. The glass of the windshield wasn’t done well, either. Wish I’d seen all the poor reviews first! Looks like there’s a place near San Marcos with a lot of very good reviews, so I’ll try there next time.

Not 24hrs. Just pulled up at 9pm with 1 mile left in the tank and all pumps have been stopped

It’s unfortunate that this is the only option for 4S Ranch, as it’s quite possibly the most inconvenient convenience store and gas station in the area. Absurd prices aside, their hours are terrible — I don’t bother coming in the evening because more likely than not, their pumps are down for the day. The same goes for propane refills, with no information on them or their differing hours anywhere. My time and money is better spent at the more reliable selection of gas stations in Rancho Bernardo.

ITS NOT 24HRS!!!!!!!!! I just ran out of gas at a gas station in the middle of nowhere that’s supposed to be open….. ITS NOT!!!!!!
