Ok so clearly the owner fails to deal with the behavior of the night staff her behavior is out of hand and your bathrooms are a service you are supposed to provide customers how anyone purchases anything or gas here is amazing with the reviews you fail to address im a pretty well known content creator plan to have a much better review because you clearly do not care and dont read reviews she shouldn't have a job and you should have 0 customers and all of the complaints are the same from random people what on earth type of people own this place its just trash I wouldn't dare bring a car to get fixed here could you imagine honestly whoever owns this store has a serious problem. Wake up

Got gas, a car wash, and a snack. Asked to use the restroom, they said it "wasn't working". I insisted and they gave me a key--it was absolutely fine. Having employees who lie to customers about facilities is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and recommend others avoid until there is new management and employees.

Ever since loop started their car wash subscription this location has cut way back on the amount of soap and water used. There is basically no rinse after the wash bc the water pressure is so low it doesn't even reach your vehicle

I go to this gas station a lot most of the workers are friendly and efficient but every now and then someone does something suspicious like double charge my credit card for the same item and when I reported it to the manager she told me I was lying not a good customer service representative especially to a regular customer who comes in about three times a week
