Shelton Ford Service Department

Shelton Ford staff was amazing. We took our car in for service which was finished early. In the meantime we test drove a couple cars. The salesman was friendly, knowledgable and knew when to give us space to consider our options. Overall a very positive experience.

The staff are very friendly and always got smiles when you walk in! They were able to work with me and resolve a miscommunication that happened between one of the employees and I regarding a key quote. They were very understanding and accommodating in resolving the issue to the best of their abilities. Car is also running good! Ill for sure be back for future oil/maintenance for my 2013 ford explorer.

Shelton Ford has been great. We've had 2 Ford Ecoboost engines replaced and they took care of everything. Both were used cars that we did not buy from them. Definitely will be purchasing cars from them in the future. All other service has been great as well. Everyone in the service department is very nice, especially Aaron who navigated all the warranty information for us.

I had a headlight go out in my work truck and needed it replaced quick. I called several Ford dealerships and my area but was never able to speak to somebody on the phone. Shelton Ford not only answered the phone with a real person but they also took care of both of my headlights in record time. Their service was excellent and they are my new favorite dealership.

Took my F150 in because battery management was shutting down the display to conserve power. They did a thorough analysis and determined a new battery was needed. Then the display and radio were not working. Further testing led to a hard boot of the system solution. Everything is normal now. Aaron, Denise, and Megan are all great service providers. Always honest and pleasant to work with.
