A local mechanic and the dealership failed to diagnose a simple cracked rim. I had to make a long drive for a doctor's appointment and Rick saved the day. The price was more than fair and he was honest in his assessment of the situation. I'll be coming back with my other cars for sure.

Good work, very accommodating, reasonable prices. Had a few loose lug nuts on my front tire that was causing a grinding noise while coasting. Closer inspection revealed one had not only worked it's way off, but the stud had sheered off. Not what you want on vacation. After calling around to several local repair shops Shepanski's was not only able to see me the same day, but told me they could look at it immediately and fix it while I waited. Even better they went above and beyond to include me in the entire process, explain everything to me, and make me feel comfortable while I waited. Had a transmission problem. They kept my car for almost three weeks. Zero communication *unless I called them first* and then it was only to find out they hadn't done a thing with it (they checked the codes and drove it around the block). Finally had to have my car towed out of their lot or it would still be there. If you can't handle transmissions don't take cars with transmission problems. Will not use again.

I brought my car into this shop to replace the cooling fan assembly. They replaced the part with some chinese "yuan precision" chinesium. The part on the internet is less than two hundred dollars, I payed six hundred for it (just the part). On top of that someone lost a single nut and replaced it with a shiny new one (red flag), I found it after my hood latch ate it and wouldn't open. The bill they give you doesn't list labor rates or part numbers. I feel that these mechanics are not worth the price. Go to Jones boys or any other in the area.

Visited his shop after two independent referrals from competing mechanics : the guy is professional and a specialist, pricing is super reasonable and repair time is super quick. Great results , cool guy. Highly recommend for muffler issues and likely all mechanical problems
