I brought a vehicle to them. They quoted me $600 to fix the vehicle. They kept my vehicle for three weeks never called me. I always had to call them and check on the vehicle and see what was going on. All I had was a little oil leak. So I actually had to go up there to get the vehicle. They told me to drive it around and see if the vehicle was still leaking. It was. They called me a week later and told me I owed them $2000. I told them that’s not what I was quoted. They claim that they changed out various items which they never called me to tell me about or confirm if I wanted to do. Subsequently, I checked the reviews for this company, and I noticed that there were similar reviews that said the exact same thing that I went through. I refuse to give this company another dime. Please take

I was referred to Shepherd Automotive by one of their family members. I brought my Corvette in to get a evaporator done and was quoted $600 for the job. Be careful to ask what is included in any job you have them do for you consumer beware! Make sure you tell them not to do any other work unless they call you first they did not call me first and tacked on a lot of extras that I could have done on my own. Everything is a la carte. They did over $300 in work that was not required or asked to do and should have called me to confirm it was okay. Not only did they put my evaporator in but then there was an extra $265 charge to put the freon in which no other quote that I I received from other mechanic shops said they would charge extra it was always included.. They failed to tell me that was ex

My Expedition needed a new pinion and axle bearings and my usual mechanic doesn't do that sort of work, so I was referred here and couldn't be happier with the service I got. Hank was very helpful in sourcing the parts I needed at the best possible price, and communicated very well with me on the status of the work. He is honest, really knows his stuff, and work quality is top-notch. I'm pretty picky about the places I let work on my vehicles and I wish I would have found him a long time ago.

I went in for an oil change and have my A/C charged. I was greeted and hand off my keys. Thank the owner showed me the waiting long A/C was on has a TV (very comfortable). Also received an estimate for having motor mounts replaced. I was there for about an hour. Hank is old school and not out to rip you off. He is fair with his pricing. He's been around since 1973

Always professional!!! Old school service not just an oil change! Filter lube and windshield washer fluid always included in your service! A joke and a smile. Great prices and great treatment! I have been taking my vehicles to Shepherd Automotive for 35 years and never had to take them back a second time!
