By reading some of the other reviews I was skeptical about purchasing from this company. I chose to order a ignition switch for a late 90s boat engine. Ordered parts, receive confirmation email, product was delivered as pictured. And also in a timely fashion. Thank you !

UPDATE 2: I’ve been promised a return label twice, but no response. They shipped it after I told them not to twice, and are passively refusing a return/refund. $350 in limbo. UPDATE: Ordered on the 7th. Should have shipped on the 8th. Partial shipment promised on the 12th, but did not go out. Requested a refund on the 13th (2 separate times in bold and underlined text). Partial order shipped on the 19th with instructions to return if you don’t want it. Don’t let the professionally written responses fool you, this place is deceitful. Like a few people have mentioned I ordered from them over a month ago. Every time I have called I have been told something different. First it is on back order it will ship in a week. That's fine back orders happen. Called in two weeks and was told it is on its way, ok great. Called two weeks after that and was told it was not shipped yet due to the manufacture. Cant even keep their lies straight. I should have been suspicious when every time I called they asked unprompted if I wanted to cancel my order. Finally this last time I did cancel the order because it was clear I was never going to get it.

I've ordered from Sherco for a number of years and sometimes things are backordered, but they are for everyone at one time or another. They always have good service. Thank you.

They listed an item they didn't have, let me pay for it, then sent an email a week later stating they don't carry the item listed on their web site. They did a refund, but this left me sitting a week (with a breakdown) for a tool I then had to go elsewhere to get.
