Sherman's Auto Repair

Great shop and great team! I had a cooling issue with my engine, and I was prepared to dish out a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed and wait for at least 4 hours if not more. They fixed it in 50 minutes (suprisingly simple problem that caused it) and the final bill was only about $85. Definitely coming back for any future car concerns!

It's challenging to find a shop to work on a true classic. I did some research, talked to the owner and felt comfortable taking my '63 Chevy to Sherman's Auto Repair. They did exactly what I asked. There was no "job-creep". Kept the car clean and secure during the repair process. Delivered as promised. Problem corrected at a fair price.

I had a great experience with Sherman’s. They did an excellent job replacing my radiator and water pump, and also took care of some general maintenance on my can. The service was professional, efficient, and everything was explained clearly. My car is running perfectly now and I really appreciate their honest work and attention to detail. Yesterday we called to find out how much it would cost to replace a non-functioning headlight. Our grandson and a friend were here and one of the car’s headlights was not working at all. Since he would be driving back to the Atlantic Coast we wanted to get the light fixed/replaced for him. Oh, and he was heading back today. Once we gave Sherman’s the car’s particulars, we were told that they had the replacement in stock AND if we took the car to the business last night, the work would get done first thing this morning. We also asked if the ‘check engine’ light that comes on frequently signaled an immediate need. We were quoted a price for a diagnostic test as well as repair if necessary. We settled on having the diagnostic test done but we would see about the repair if warranted. At
