A very nice and knowledgeable salesperson, Richard, waited on me. He found exactly the right colors of paint I needed for my 2011 Dodge Ram 4 X 4 Outdoorsman 1500 Truck. Chrysler parts department couldn't match the metallic blue and grey I needed and suggested that I go to Sherwin Williams. Richard came up with the matching colors simply and I left 120% satisfied!
Don't ever go there if you're in a hurry (like needing it within a 2-3 day period). Half the time their machines are down and there's usually only 1 guy working who's incapable of multi-tasking. I literally order my supplies online from Illinois or Missouri and get it quicker than what these locals can do it.
Fantastic customer service from Lance and Richard. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Won't do business elsewhere.
