I have no idea what happened to “Unlimited Off-Road” and the original guys who took such great care of me and my truck. Once Sherwood Forest Auto came into the picture it’s clearly not the same. The last time I took my truck in for an oil change they charged me over $200! $80 something of it was “labor”…. The dealership charges $125 labor included… when the Dealership charges less then you know something is amiss! This time I called and left messages for 3 days to out my truck in for some service…. Trying to give them my loyalty. No one answers the phone!! No one returns messages…. Is this place even in business anymore?! And if so, should they be?! Clearly once you’ve lost trust and credibility (especially as a mechanic) it’s well over…

I recently took my vehicle in for service. I was very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. They were very thorough and I could tell they took pride in their work. The shop was very organized and clean. They explained everything step by step and in words I could understand. I will always bring my vehicle here and most definitely will be referring them to all my family and friends!!

I went here for a recent oil change and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and the service time was very quick. I will be be coming here for all of my car service details.
