Enthusiastically give these guys a 5-star review for auto service and repair. Was referred to them by a local quick oil change shop and I was immediately impressed upon arrival. Friendly, efficient and fair —how often can you say that about local auto repair shops? They are helpful and honest, pleasant and easy to deal with.

I wanted to give these guys a shout-out. Even though they did not technically work on my car, they were completely honest in telling me that the damage to the car was so significant that it was not worth trying to save. I assumed that I would at least compensate them for their inspection but they insisted I owed them nothing. To me this shows that these are honest mechanics. They absolutely could have done the work on the car and charged me even if the car was not savable, but they told me the truth and did not charge me. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

Excellent garage. We have brought 5 vehicles almost exclusively to shields service since 2017, and will continue to do so. We learned about them from trusted word of mouth. In today’s day and age, it’s hard to find places that do such good, reliable, and trustworthy work. I trust their opinion and can give shields an easy unreserved recommendation.

Shields will charge you an arm and a leg for their mediocre services. Simply put, they are not as knowledgeable about cars as other mechanics out there. Numerous times I’ve had to bring my car back in because they didn’t resolve the issue. Take your money elsewhere, save your wallet and your headache
