Worst customer service! Can't put a customer who came in first on hold, when asking questions to help the next person and just keep having a nice chit chat conversation and have the other customers waiting until you are done with your conversation. Obviously this kid doesn't know what customer service is like. Not worth coming in here anymore! If i could put half of star or no star, i would.

I was informed over the phone that they had the product I wanted in store and was quoted a price. Unfortunately, I drove an hour for them to apologize because the product cost way more than they had quoted me over the phone. I was then offered an alternative option and was told this was better in their opinion. It wasn't. I asked for a sample to test, because I hadn't tried the product. The worker said they didn't have any way to sample the product. It wasn't reassuring, but I still went ahead and bought it since I had made the drive. I'm now very disappointed for paying so much for a product that's not as good and more expensive. I should have bought it from Chemical Guys online. Complete waste of money and time.

I went there for advice on detail products. The employee took a look at my car and recommended wax, detail spray. He took his time to explain how to apply it. I will be returning and highly recommend this store.

Leo is a very helpful person, first time here at this location my experience was great, he was very helpful walked me through/ answered all my questions and helped me choose the best products and polisher to start polishing my offroad tacoma. He also gave me a very helpful polishing class since im a beginner and have never polished befored walked me through every step from how to apply the compound to how to properly hold the torqx and polish a vehicle.
