Shiny Shell Carwash

This particular car wash damaged the driver side wheels on my M3 and denied my claim because they couldn't "verify" it in the footage. The problem is, I felt the impact with the railing, but most importantly I'm a car person which means I know every inch of all 3 of my cars, especially my M3. I also dry my wheels every time I go through the car wash. I also barely ever drive the car. To give you an idea, I only drove 2800 miles for the entire year. Before I went to the car wash I inspected the vehicle, and then after the wash during drying the vehicle, I was greeted with chunks of coating taken off on the exact side I felt the vehicle hit the railing because the guy wasn't correctly directing me. He didn't once tell me to turn the wheel, just kept motioning me forward. Just because you guy

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! I’ve had memberships at Mister and Quick Quack, but they lacked many of the services I was looking for. Shiny Shell HAS IT ALL!!! They provide you with an air freshener and dash wipe each time you go through the wash. The wash itself is very thorough, yet gentle. I’ve never exited a wash with my car so DRY!! The vacuum stations have what you’d expect with 2 different types of vacuums (one for the crevices and one for the seats) but they also provide CLEAN TOWELS!!!! I’ve only ever been to one other place that provides complimentary towels, it adds a special touch!! They have the usual mat holders and air sprayers as expected…what I didn’t expect was the FREE GLASS CLEANER and FREE MAT CLEANER!!! Just when you think Shiny Shell could not possibly offer anything more

Shiny shell carwash always provides some of the best washes I’ve been to in Utah! To top it off they also have amazing customer service. The other day I came in with some questions about my passes and Julian helped me figure it all out. He took care of questions I had about my passes and was very knowledgeable about the memberships offered by the carwash! Incredibly satisfied all around (:

This is the best car wash in all of Salt Lake City area. I am owner operator of one vehicle I nicknamed Black Beauty 2. My business is Amen Limousine. I wash and wax my vehicle everyday sometimes 2x a day. The employees at this location treat me like ROYALTY. They all are courteous and very professional. I can go through brushless and that is perfect for me. Thanks guys keep up the great work. Oh yeah! The water smells fresh. Thanks for putting this car wash 8 blocks from my home.

They have all ur cleaners u need towels provided place to wash rugs and also have refreshments quench ur thirst in this heat ! They have a play ground for ur bratz to run around and also help spray the cars when cars drive in! I also locked my baby in my car with my car an they unlocked it 4 me in 1min I recommend this car wash to every and anyone this is the car wash to get your membership u won't regret its totally worth the $35 I pay a month
