The manager who used to be in charge of this place made the whole experience wonderful. He was personable, friendly, organized, knowledgeable, caring, resourceful, and was genuinely happy to address any issues, or explain the technical side of a car wash he seemed so proud of. That ensured any concerns about what the equipment might do to my new vehicle. The staff were energetic and friendly as well. Ive never seen the new manager on site, heard back, or recieved the same level of care. Now the staff treats you like your average McDonald's customer, and the manager is a ghost. It wasnt just a wash, it felt like a visit to see friendly faces and feel confident in the price of a wash. I would pay the higher price for the experience you used to recieve here. Amazing experience! We drove into town from Arizona and needed to do quick wash and vacuum. We were so impressed! Towels, window and interior spray, a kids play area, mat cleaning station, this car wash has it all! I have never been to a car wash that gets my wheels clean and all the brake dust off, this car wash left them shining and looking better than I could have done by hand!! Please come open one of these in Arizona! This car wash exceeds all expectations. We have family who lives down the road, so we will definitely be back and recommending it to all of our family!

Hands down the best car wash. Best vacuums, spotless wash and great scented soap, best smelling air fresheners and dash wipes, great mat cleaners, and the best smelling window spray I’ve ever used!! Always smooth lines and you are always greeted at the kiosk. 10/10 experience. Plus if you are a member you get a free fountain drink?! Yes please. Kayden and Elliot at the Pleasant View location are fantastic. Well worth the money!!

This is by far one of the best car washes we’ve ever been to! Not only do you drive away with one of the cleanest cars around, but the interaction with the staff is absolutely priceless. It’s clear they genuinely care about every car that comes through. The customer service is top-notch. The team is friendly, easy to talk to, and always makes you feel welcome. Anthony & Chauncey have been absolutely fantastic - as well as their crew here at the Pleasant View location. We love that they have a gated playground area for folks with kiddos + the lounge area for members is a hit! The crew here are all very attentive and friendly. Their vacuum machines are great too. Have not had any issues or problems. We enjoy our visits to PV Shiny Shell location.
