I had a great experience with this automotive shop. They were professional, efficient, and got everything done way faster than I expected. I came in for a tire swap and some suspension work, and they handled it all smoothly without any hassle. Ron especially made the whole process easy. He explained what needed to be done, kept everything straightforward, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. No pressure, no confusion, just solid service. If you’re looking for a shop that’s fast, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend them. I’ll be coming back for future work.

Michael Coombs stands out as a technician thanks to his incredible attention to detail. Anita and Ron are always friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer nearly any question. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and loaner vehicles are available for extended service appointments. We bring all our vehicles there—a 2011 Subaru Impreza, a ’93 F-150, and a 2023 Transit 250—which shows the wide scope of work they can handle. Shippee Auto is a small business that works hard to provide a high-quality experience and if you think they are expensive, wait until you hire an amateur!

Stopped into Shippee Auto with a car that needed a thermostat AND water pump. Ron and Anita were very friendly and got the car in immediately, and got us hooked up with a very nice loaner car! Two days later, the car was done, and they even knocked some off of the bill to keep the final cost EXACTLY what was quoted. HIGHLY recommend Shippee Auto for any repairs. Also, Sadie the shop pooch is adorable and very friendly!

Went in for oil change and they found other things wrong which were very expensive so I declined to get fixed. They noticed my mileage was around 44000 so they took it upon themselves to check to see if there was still any factory warranty and there was . So I took it to Chrysler $7000 worth of work is getting fixed under warranty. I bought it used and didn’t realize that I still had warranty. Great people that care to go the extra mile.

They were amazing! I had a tire blowout and was able to get to the Walmart on my run flat but Walmart couldn’t really help me other than to sell me the tires and I called Shippee and Anita was so very helpful and got me back on the road and I’m very thankful for everyone’s kindness.
