I had an excellent experience at this tire shop. I stopped in because I couldn’t get my tire to fill with air, and the technician quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong, and fixed it on the spot. The service was fast, friendly, and the cost was very reasonable.Truly exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Got 4 new tires installed, fair pricing and good service. Update 2/21/26: have gone back for 2 more jobs (new rotors and brakes all around, valve cover gasket, tune-up) then again for (timing belt, serpentine belt and all 5 motor mounts). Aston does excellent work and charges excellent prices, will be back again.

I left work in the evening completely exhausted and ready to head home when I noticed my back passenger tire had lost a significant amount of air. I hoped I could just put some air in and make it home safely, but after Googling nearby options, most places were already closed and I genuinely wasn’t sure how I was going to get home. I spoke with the owner at SHOP13, and he immediately took the time to locate the issue, patched the tire, and made sure it was safe for me to drive. Because of his help, I was able to get home safely that night. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help when I needed it most. I really appreciate it.

Bumped into the best tire shop in Brooklyn after cracking my rim. The owner Aston is super friendly and honest. The service is fast and the price is just right. You will not regret going here.
