Shore Collision & Paint

I had an accident on 9/5/25, I was told to drop my car off at Shore Collisions on 9/23/25. They had my car for about 2.5 weeks before they called me to pick it up on 10/10. Upon receiving my car back, I got an error message on the dashboard “headlamp malfunction”, I had no error messages or technical issues before dropping the car off to them. I called them to notify them of this and they told me drop the car back off on Monday 10/13 and they would “send it to get calibrated” and “I would have it back in 2 days” 2 days later, I called to follow up and they notified me that the car needed “a new pigtail, and it should be delivered first thing on Friday” Friday comes around and they tell me that I won’t have my car until Monday, Monday comes around and they say “it needs a new control module

I recently came to Shore Collision in distress, after being in a car accident, and being taken advantage of by a previous company that kept my car for almost 2weeks, knowing that the insurance was not going to pay for the damage or tows. Shore Collison reassured me that they will take good care of me and my care, and they did just that. Scott, the owner sat down with me and explained what he was able to do to get my car back in shape and running. Marie, the receptionist worked along with me, keeping me updated with the out come, and worked with me since I had to pay out of pocket. The price was reasonable! And my car looks brand new again! I am very pleased with the overall outcome of the work and interaction with the staff. Therefore, I would highly recommend Shore Collision to anyone

Incredibly helpful and down to earth. My car got hit by a tree branch during a storm and Scott and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with the insurance company. Work looks good and new, they replaced my drivers side mirror and repainted most of the front of the car. Highly recommend going here for Progressive insurance claims!

I am not one to write reviews however I brought my cars into Shore Collision for repair, not at the same time, one was my sons, it was a bad month. If you need your car repaired this is the place to go. The workmanship is fantastic, they are matriculas, the color, the texture the complete review of the damage that was done, you can talk directly to the owner. There was no stone unturned. I trust them implicitly with any of my cars. I can promise you if you need to get your car repaired go here and tell them that I sent you. you won't be disappointed.

Thank you to the team Shore Collision, finally found a car I've wanted as a kid low mileage and of course I had someone run into me. Scott, Maria and the team worked with my insurance to get my car new oem parts. They took great care of the car and me, and were even able to make a small mechanical fix for me. While I hope I don't have to see them again anytime soon, I will refer family and take the classic mustang for paint in the future. Appreciate vacuuming the floor mats and cleaning my wheels!
