Update 10/31/25….i originally rated them as 3 stars hoping to get them to respond to our inquiries about buying a Jeep Wrangler BUT they do not respond by e-mail, telephone Or facebook marketplace. I can now see why carfax shows the Jeep being on their lot for 11 months….its obviously not for sale My son and grandson are looking for a Jeep Wrangler with a manual transmission but we’re having a very tough time getting someone who can help us here but we are interested

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Shoreline Sales, a used car dealership. Within the first week of purchasing a vehicle from them, the air conditioning compressor failed, the thermostat stopped working, and now the car intermittently won’t start at all. Despite these serious issues occurring almost immediately after purchase, Shoreline Sales has refused to stand behind their vehicle or offer any meaningful support or resolution. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially when it comes to selling reliable transportation. I’m sharing this experience so others can be aware and make informed decisions before purchasing from this business.

I unfortunately can not leave a zero star review but I ABSOLUTELY would if I could!! I DO NOT recommend this business what so ever. Although the manager was good to deal with for the most part, the owner is a complete joke of an individual. I was sold a vehicle that should have never been on the lot. I was told the business was going to fix the issues I was having since I didn’t even have the car a week before they started. I got the run around for almost 2 months and then the owner (who also owns the body shop next door) backed out and would not help fix the issue. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS! Unless you want an expensive lawn ornament!!

I recently had purchased 2009 Buick enclave, I am very happy with the great deal I had gotten,Also the way They stayed behind What they sell. Vince is great in sales And a man of his word. Thanks again.

vince is a nice, innocent, and kind guy! very willing to negotiate on price usually takes 3000 less than asking when paying cash( he gave me 2000 for a car I purchased for 1000, I have only known him for a short time but he's like the father i have never had, I will definitly be purchasing my next vehicle from him for road rage purposes only, so look out all you new car buyers! I will also see if he can reverse the turn signals as is the norm in fruitport! ps I want the slayer truck next with bull horns also!!
