I’ve trusted Shores Automotive in Boca Raton for over 10 years, and they consistently deliver top-quality, honest work. They’re not the cheapest shop in town, but they are far more cost-effective than a dealership because they don’t upsell unnecessary repairs. For example, a dealership wanted to charge me $385 (an hour of labor) just to provide an estimate for front-end repairs. Shores looked at it, gave me the estimate in about five minutes, and completed the actual repairs for $350 — less than the dealer wanted just to “take a look.” Their diagnostics are sharp, their mechanical work is excellent, and they’re genuinely pleasant to deal with. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop in Boca Raton, you really can’t go wrong here.

I have been serving my Mercedes GLC300 at Shores Automotive for the past several years. I always felt that their pricing was reasonable and certainly much lower than the dealer. It is owned and na aged by family members, all of whom make the customer feel welcome and assured that their work will be done correctly, the first time. No complaints.

Everyone at Shores was great to deal with starting with my initial phone call to schedule service. The staff is professional, polite, and take the time to answer any questions and explain the work they propose. I had an unexpected issue that was not the fault of Shores and they followed up until everything was resolved to my satisfaction and always with a great attitude. Highly recommend this organization.. They are my go to guys for my Porsche and BMW now that I've relocated to Boca from Aventura.

Billy has a wealth of experience, I so appreciated how knowledgeable, professional, upfront and honest Billy and his team are. I had been to my dealership for a routine oil change / service only to be advised of a long list of recommended additional services and replacements flagged as needing “urgent attention”. I called a friend, whom recommended I go to Billy at Shores, I’m so pleased I did, what a fantastic experience! I brought in my bmw x3 from a previous mechanic who could not figure out what was going on. Chase and Conrad from Shores were able to fix the longstanding issue with no problem. They were fair, communicative, and very honest about what was going on. They even gave me a car in the mean time so I wasn’t stuck without a car. My car is now fully fixed and I couldn’t be happier. They are now my go to repair shop and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car.
