Terrible service and an ongoing nightmare. I purchased a brand-new truck from this dealership in 2023 and have been bringing it back for the same unresolved issue ever since. The vehicle has been in for service more than eight times for the exact same problem, and I’ve been given nothing but the runaround for years. Truck continues to die while sitting still. That is not a functional vehicle in any way. I escalated the issue directly to GMC by opening a formal case, yet there has still been no meaningful support or resolution. To make matters worse, the new service manager spoke to my wife in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, as if she were just some random person off the street—not a customer dealing with a $75,000 vehicle. Complete fail on the mechanic side of this place. Left my truck here for 2 weeks while on vacation to Simply get my air conditioner fixed at the start of the summer. Brand new 2024 GMC pickup blowing hot air at the start of the summer. I've had this issue with this truck for a month now I finally have the time to get it fixed and I know it's a complete lie whenever the person checking it out says the air conditioner blew cold all day. False thanks for another several weeks in this hot truck during the summer. Instead of hooking up to the system and checking the pressure you just assumed I'm an idiot and don't know how to work an air conditioner on the truck that I've had for a year. I can see why this place has such low reviews

Do not go here, you will get ripped off. My leased 2022 Sierra Denali needed a transmission control switch replaced. Shortline was going to charge me $999 to replace it. I went to brakes plus shop and paid $180.65 for the part and they fixed it for free in less than 5 minutes. The labor was removing the steering column cover and undoing one screw to replace the part. Charging $819 for 5 minutes of work is a masterclass in how to lose a customer. I’ll be sure to go to any other dealership for my next lease, can’t trust a place that would rip off a customer like this.

Car runs like a dream. BUT I cannot recommend. I called ahead and got a quote from Jason. Wrote down what I heard. Got the service done and was charged $200 more than I was expecting. Okay fine- I guess I should have gotten a written estimate before the work was done. I was given the itemized receipt with the same total that was verbally quoted after the work was done so I signed the credit card receipt without looking at it. They offer a complimentary car wash upon request. I signed the waiver to have my car washed as part of the service. My car was not washed. I checked my bank account when I got home and found that I had been charged another $23 more than I was quoted at time of payment. When I called Jason to inquire about it, I was told they charge 3.99% to use a credit card. I will n

To start…. My engine was no longer good. I took my car in without an appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Jason. I think it’s important to also keep in mind that they are PACKED with other customers (just simply due to the fact that there’s a lot of people in Colorado) The Tahoe engine is also pretty big, so that means it’s a big job. It also WAS NOT CHEAP Jason did great with informing me when he could. Jason also DID let me know appropriately about the credit card percentage (apparently so many people are pissed with) he also let me know how I could pay to avoid the fee. I also explained to Jason about my situation and I was able to get a loaner vehicle. The tech that worked on my car thank you so much!
