Shorty's Auto Parts

I was looking for a painted black fender for my car. They instead ordered a new one that was unpainted. Why would I come to the used auto lots to order a new unpainted part. Waste of my money and time.

The guy JB here is very unprofessional and the customer service is the worst I’ve had in my life … they aren’t even affiliated with the real shorty U pull it in king Of Prussia he use the name … do not purchase here the price may seem cheap but the customer service sucks and the parts we received didn’t work and we lost money

Not worth it for trying to pull-your-own-parts. No list of vehicles online to look at. Called and the guy was very short with me, confirmed I have to call every time I'm looking for a car, was agitated to have to look for me and made sure that I'll never call back.

Dishonest about part description to get a sale. I won't use them anymore.

Very helpfull looked up part in their database which listed other places too.
