DO NOT COME HERE! Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I purchased the “Ultra Detail” package through Groupon after researching local options. The entire purpose of using Groupon is to try a business and, if the service is good, potentially return as a regular customer. Unfortunately, this experience completely defeated that purpose. Upon arrival, I was immediately told the service would cost more than what was advertised on Groupon. After speaking with one of the owners, they agreed to honor the Groupon price but made it clear they preferred customers to buy directly from them next time. That interaction already set a negative tone. I was told my car would be ready in four hours. I arranged transportation and paid for two Uber rides to accommodate their timeline. After

Car had a dead battery. They replaced the starter and the battery and charged over $420 for a starter that wasn’t needed. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. He claimed he didn’t know what was wrong with the vehicle. Trash mechanic.

Shorty was friendly, accommodating and courteous. The even had a small waiting room and functional bathroom. Hands down this is a black owned business I will happily support.

Ignorant…. Customer service is NOT their strong suit. Asked a simple question and received an ignorant response by the staff. It’s funny how a 15 second interaction can shape your experience….. I suggest you find somewhere else

⭐ 1-Star Review Buyer beware — dishonest practices, no documentation, and shady used cars I originally went to Shorty’s Detailing & Window Tinting to purchase a used vehicle, but the owner convinced me to replace the engine in my 2015 Dodge Journey instead. He quoted me $3,100 for the engine and $2,200 for installation, claiming he could get a refurbished engine at a discount through his commercial account. It all seemed legitimate — until I realized he wasn’t providing any real documentation. No invoice, no proof of the engine purchase, no warranty paperwork. Just handwritten receipts. When I asked questions, I was told to “relax” or was brushed off. Eventually, the owner even told my fiancé, “Don’t let her get in your head.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The mechanics r
