One of the worst Service Departments: This Review isn’t to bash Toyota because I love my Toyota but they Seriously need better trained Technicians because the outcome of this issue could of been avoided. I brought my ‘21 Sequoia in for the Knocking Issue in the video below. Was very Lucky to get it in the next morning especially since it was the day before Christmas Eve. I told them my issues and they confirmed that they are hearing the noise and would need time to look into it cautiously, and if there were repairs needed to be done they would notify me. I agreed and let them take their time diagnosing the root cause. It wasn’t even Noon till I received a call that my Vehicle is ready for pick up and their response to the issue was “you have no check engine light so your vehicle is fine.

BriAnna is great - friendly, knowledgeable, an efficient communicator. 5 stars for her But the predatory practices of showing three Failed items on the inspection is more than disappointing. I love Toyota but do they know you’re unscrupulous? When I review the items, each one is only Recommended. Lying to your customers that their Alignment failed just so you can recommend realignment is just a horrible upsell tactic (there was no data or anything showing alignment was off - just a lie). 1 star for slimey business/management

Not sure what everyone else is talking about, these guys have been great at servicing my car. Tyler is a pro! It is expensive, but it's the best option for me. I'd rather throw whatever money at my old Toyota that's necessary to keep it going forever instead of getting locked into a new car loan. If I notice they forget to change any fluids or any of that though, I'll update this review. No complaints whatsoever so far

December 2025 Back at Shottenkirk to get regular maintenance performed on a Prius. My Service Advisor is James and he does real well taking care of me when I visit. Added a couple of photos from in and around the waiting area. November 2024 ≈============ I needed to visit Shottenkirk Toyota again for my car, which is a Prius, as it had a maintenance reminder light on the dash. My service advisor, JJ, took real good care of me and kept me informed, as needed. I maintenance process was quick, and the teams are working to reduce their customers wait times. JJ and the technicians did good work for me. I can't thank these guys enough, and I appreciate the good work and good service.

Absolutely scrupulous. Refreshing this review because it looks like it got reset when they change names, but ever since they change names I have seen nothing but undesirable morals and behavior in just about every aspect of that dealership, sorry stealership. My main complaint was in the service department. I was there for a simple 15,000 mile check up was there for over four hours and then when I got the vehicle home I noticed that nothing had been done no fluids adjusted no rotation of tires almost like they literally did not touch the vehicle. I immediately brought the vehicle back, showed the concern or lack of touch of my vehicle and wondered what they did with it for four hours. I was told that they were sorry and that they would give me a free oil change. I don’t pay for oil change
