I dig this place. Aside from the fact that they sometimes raffle off a free iPad, as a business, they have a very customer experience focus. Booked an appt over the phone with Tony. An excellent communicator. He confirmed the year make and model of the car and we talked about considerations for the fluids over the cold months. My car went right in as soon as I got there. I paid about 1/2 of what I would have at the dealership. They do a free inspection and advise you of upcoming required service. I chose which ones were critical and timely to me. Absolutely outstanding service! I went in for an oil change and was seriously impressed from start to finish. The entire staff is incredibly respectful, professional, and genuinely kind, they treated me extremely well the whole time. They changed the oil perfectly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they performed a full inspection of my car and sent everything through their app. The report was detailed, clear, and super comprehensive, honestly more thorough than what I’ve received from some big dealerships. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines top-quality work, amazing customer service, and modern, transparent technology like this. Truly a five-star experience. Had an engine light pop on and they were able to get us in very quickly. The communication is excellent, the loaner car is an amazing benefit to coming here. I love that they do a full inspection while your car is there, it really is just extra information for the customer with no pressure for you to order extra work.

I had such a good experience at Shovel Town Auto Service. They replaced and fixed my tire quickly and did an awesome job. Tony was especially great, super friendly, attentive, and really made me feel taken care of. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and helpful, the staff that changed my tire was quick, I should have asked for his name to add him to this review.
