Great overall experience and I'd highly recommend Showcase. I've always shopped at large dealerships and hated the experience but felt more comfort in knowing there was a corporation behind the sale, but that is actually why I hated it and reason to use a small business, amongst all the other reasons shopping small business is good. After working with Scott, I'll never go back to a big box dealership again. Scott never made sales pitches or pressured me in anyway, and you could tell that he was trustworthy and genuine. He was extremely responsive and accommodating as well. His mechanical background was also a major plus - he could intelligently and accurately respond to all of my questions about the vehicle. We had a specific car we were looking for and he searched to find us a great car with all the options we were looking for (low miles, color, options, etc. He found us a great car at a great price. It was a very good car buying experience and we'll definitely use him to buy our next vehicle.
